  • We follow a simple 3-phase process — Plan, Build, and Launch. Head over to our How It Works page for the full breakdown.

  • Both. If you're starting fresh, we'll build a new Squarespace site. If you already have a Squarespace site, we'll work with what you have — refreshing it and adding pages or features as needed.

  • If you're on a different platform, we'll take time to understand what it does and talk through your options together so you can leave the conversation with next steps. Migrations are not currently offered.

  • Squarespace keeps everything in one place — hosting, security, and updates are all handled for you automatically. The drag-and-drop editor is clean and intuitive, and every template is professionally designed and fully responsive across desktop and mobile. There's no coding required, no plugins to manage, and no technical overhead. It's built for people who want a great-looking site that's easy to manage once it's live — and that's exactly who we build for.

  • We take a Squarespace template and make it yours — matching your brand colors, fonts, spacing, and navigation. Page sections are built and adjusted using Squarespace blocks, all within the platform's capabilities.

  • A page is any separate URL on your site — Home, About, Services, Contact, and so on. Landing pages count as pages too.

  • A 50% deposit is due to begin. The final payment is due before your site goes live.

    We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Cash App Pay, and Zip. PayPal and Venmo are available upon request. We also accept checks made payable to Start Your Innovation — contact us for mailing instructions.

    Prefer to spread out your payments? We offer flexible monthly payment options through Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay/Clearpay.

  • Yes. Verified nonprofit and educational organizations receive 30% off any Launch package or add-on. Upload your 501(c)(3) documentation on the Start a Project page when you're ready to begin.

  • If we're waiting on content, access, or approvals for 14 or more days, your project is marked Paused, and a $500 Relaunch Fee is required to restart. We'll always give you a heads-up before that happens.

  • Yes. After your website is complete, we offer add-ons to help you automate your workflow and build beyond your site. Head over to our Add-ons page for the full details.

  • Yes. After your project is complete, we offer four Care Plans exclusively for Start Your Innovation clients — available after any Launch package or add-on. Head over to our Care Plans page for the full details.
